Additionally, the company offers standalone services for designing, developing, and manufacturing digital baseband modules—including FPGA, DSP, and AD/DA components—as well as integrated RF front-end systems. Bi Rui Electronics masters the core technology of RFSOC, proactively adopting mixed-signal SoC design as its key technological roadmap. Compared to traditional discrete component modules, the company’s RFSOC series signal transceiver, acquisition, and processing modules offer architects and hardware/software algorithm engineers greater consistency in design and optimization—delivering exceptional performance: supporting 8 or 16 channels with adjustable bandwidth ranging from DC to 2 GHz, covering nearly all acquisition, channel, and bandwidth requirements across applications from communications to radar signal processing. Additionally, the modules feature high-resolution ADCs sampling at 12-bit/14-bit rates up to 4–5 Gsps, along with high-precision DACs capable of 14-/16-bit output at speeds between 6 and 10 Gsps. Crucially, these advancements also translate into significantly reduced costs, power consumption, and physical footprint compared to conventional solutions. In real-time mode, single-board synchronization precision reaches ±2 ps, while ultra-large-scale array systems achieve synchronization accuracy as precise as 200 ps—enabling the company to lead the charge toward commercializing millisecond-level synchronization for systems spanning thousands of nodes. To date, Bi Rui has developed over 40 distinct RFSOC modules, tailored to meet the demands of 20 diverse application scenarios, including radar systems, electronic warfare, quantum measurement and control, and more. These innovative technologies have already been widely adopted by leading military research institutes, defense enterprises, and academic institutions—such as those specializing in electronic countermeasures, terahertz communications, satellite ground monitoring, radar simulators, quantum computing, and advanced test-and-measurement systems.
