It is primarily used in fields such as scientific instruments, radar, and satellite communications.
The IW-37P_NVME is a high-speed storage module based on an NVMe SSD array, designed to enable ultra‑high‑speed storage and playback of real-time data streams. It is primarily used in scientific instruments, satellite communications, and other fields. Typical applications include real-time recording of ADC sampled data streams, supplying reconstructed DAC data streams, and capturing data from high‑speed interfaces such as fiber optics or RapidIO.
This system is designed as a standalone modular product, featuring Xilinx’s high‑performance XCVU37P FPGA and providing two 100Gbps high‑speed data interfaces. Internally, it incorporates 8GB of integrated HBM, with 2,852K logic elements, and supports expandable I/O ports, DDR4 memory, and NVMe SSD storage, making it suitable for a wide range of programmable applications. The Virtex UltraScale+ HBM FPGA addresses bandwidth bottlenecks and power consumption associated with parallel memory (such as DDR4) in compute, database, and network acceleration workloads. Its advanced NVMe storage architecture delivers a storage bandwidth of at least 8 GB/s and offers configurable capacities of 4TB, 8TB, or 16TB. Additionally, the system employs an internal file‑management scheme, enabling access via Gigabit or 10‑Gigabit Ethernet interfaces. Product control is implemented through a network interface using standard TCP/IP protocols. Users can integrate the device’s control functions into their own software via a proprietary control protocol, or utilize the vendor‑provided control software to manage the system.

Feature item Function Description Real-time recording feature Through the QSFP+ high-speed external interface, it achieves real-time reception, recording, and storage of incoming digital signals. Data Playback Function Through control by external software or via the J30J protocol interface, recorded data files can be transmitted to external devices over a QSFP+ high-speed interface. Data Access Through the external Gigabit/10‑Gigabit network ports, access to the internal data of the storage board is enabled, supporting data download and upload functions, including file operations such as downloading, uploading, deleting files, formatting, and renaming. File Management Functionality Through external Gigabit/10‑Gigabit interfaces and the TCP/IP communication protocol, the system implements file management functions for data stored on the storage board, including file deletion, formatting, renaming, and other file operations. Self-check function It can perform self‑diagnostic control and status reporting via Gigabit or 10‑Gigabit network ports, including current device status and information such as storage capacity—both total capacity and available space. -
