    The IW-37P_NVME is a high-speed storage module based on an NVMe solid-state drive array, designed for the storage and playback of ultra-high-speed real-time data streams. It is primarily used in fields such as scientific instruments and satellite communications. Typical applications include real-time recording of ADC sampled data streams, supplying reconstructed DAC data streams, and recording data from high-speed interfaces like fiber optics or RapidIO.

    This system is designed as a standalone modular product and features a high-performance FPGA—the XCVU37P from Xilinx—providing two 100G high-speed data interfaces to the outside world. Internally, it incorporates an integrated 8GB HBM memory and includes 2,852K logic elements. The system also supports expandable I/O ports, DDR4 memory, and NVMe SSD storage, making it suitable for a wide range of programmable applications. The Virtex UltraScale+ HBM FPGA alleviates bandwidth bottlenecks and power consumption issues associated with the use of parallel memory (such as DDR4) in computing, database, and network acceleration applications. With its advanced NVMe storage architecture, the system delivers a storage bandwidth of no less than 8 GB/s and supports storage capacities of 4TB, 8TB, or 16TB. Moreover, the system employs an internal file-management approach, enabling access via Gigabit or 10-Gigabit network ports. Product control can be achieved through a network interface that uses the standard TCP/IP communication protocol. Users can integrate the product’s control functionality into their own software via the control protocol, or they can utilize the control software provided by the manufacturer to perform system control.
