    The 6U-VPX-RFSOC-VU13P incorporates AMD RFSoC and XCVU13P in its general-purpose design, enabling its use in a wide variety of applications.

    The 6U-VPX-RFSOC-VU13P incorporates AMD RFSoC and the XCVU13P in its general-purpose design, enabling its use in a wide variety of applications. The 6U-VPX-RFSOC-VU13P receives a 12V power supply via J23. On the RFSOC side, it utilizes five MT40A1G16RC-062E IT:B DDR4 chips from Micron. Four of these DDR4 chips are mounted on the PS side to form a 64-bit data bus width, while one DDR4 chip is installed on the PL side to create a 16-bit data bus width. Each DDR4 chip has a capacity of 2 GB. Additionally, the module is equipped with a 32 GB eMMC. Furthermore, the module integrates two 2 Gbit NOR FLASH chips for storing boot configurations and system files. On the VU13P side, there are two slots for 64-bit DDR4 SODIMM memory modules. Moreover, the module includes one 1 Gbit NOR FLASH chip, also used for storing boot configurations and system files. The board features FMC and VPX interfaces, providing abundant peripheral resources and supporting the expansion of high-speed interfaces.
