The RD03 low-altitude surveillance radar is a Ku-band phased-array radar that employs an all-solid-state, fully coherent pulse-Doppler system. It achieves a target update rate of up to 3 seconds and can detect and track fast-moving "low, small, and slow" targets in all weather conditions—day or night.
This radar employs azimuth mechanical scanning combined with elevation phased scanning, offering higher cost-effectiveness compared to 2D phased arrays and multi-beam radars.
