The domestically produced 6U VPX transceiver processing module incorporates two domestically manufactured 690T FPGAs and one domestically manufactured 7045.

Each of the two 690T modules includes one FMC HPC connector (with two inputs and two outputs). The two daughter boards are identical; each FMC daughter board incorporates one ADC chip, the CX7342, and one DAC chip, the TY9154.

Each 690T FPGA is externally connected to:
● Two sets of four DDR3 memory modules, each with a capacity of ≥4 Gbit, operating at a clock frequency of 800 MHz (double data rate).
● NorFlash: ≥256 Mb
Each Z7 FPGA add-on board:
● A set of two DDR3 memory modules, each with a capacity of ≥4 Gbit and a clock frequency of ≥800 MHz (double data rate).
● 1 EEPROM chip ≥ 256 Kb
Two 690T blades are interconnected via 8×GTH.
Two 690T chips are interconnected via 16 GPIOs.
Each chip is interconnected with the Z7 via 4×GTH links.
Each 690T board is interconnected with the Z7 via 20 GPIOs.
Includes an onboard 100 MHz reference clock; during operation, the external reference clock is prioritized. If no external reference clock is input, the onboard clock can be used instead.
ADC:CX7342
● Integrates three 14-bit, 3 GSPS ADCs (two main channels and one monitoring channel)
● Supports an instantaneous signal bandwidth of up to 1.2 GHz (up to 1.5 GHz when the digital channel is bypassed)
● RF signal input range: 10 MHz to 6000 MHz;
● JESD204B/C interface:
It simultaneously supports both JESD204B and JESD204C interface modes.
6-lane transmit channel
SerDes interface rate: 4–25 Gbps
DAC: TY9154

● Maximum data sampling rate: 2.5 GSPS
