Advanced planning for mixed-signal SoC design. Compared to traditional discrete component modules

Advanced planning for mixed-signal SoC design. Compared to traditional discrete component modules, the RFSOC series signal transceiver and processing modules offer architects and hardware/software algorithm engineers a consistent design framework, enabling optimized development of cutting-edge algorithms. These modules deliver exceptional performance: supporting 8 or 16 channels with adjustable bandwidth ranging from DC to 2 GHz, covering nearly all RF acquisition, channel, and bandwidth requirements—from communication to radar signal processing. They feature high-resolution ADCs sampling at 12-bit/14-bit rates up to 4–5 Gsps, along with high-precision DACs offering 14-/16-bit resolution and clock speeds between 6 and 10 Gsps. Importantly, they also significantly reduce costs, power consumption, and physical footprint compared to conventional solutions. In Real mode, single-board synchronization accuracy reaches ±2 ps, while ultra-large-scale array systems achieve synchronization precision as fine as 200 ps—making this technology the first domestically developed solution capable of commercializing millisecond-level synchronization across thousands of nodes. To date, over 40 RFSOC modules have been meticulously designed and tailored to meet the demands of 20 diverse application scenarios, including radar systems, electronic warfare, quantum measurement and control, and more. These innovative technologies have already been widely adopted by leading military research institutes, industry leaders, and academic institutions—such as those specializing in electronic countermeasures, terahertz communications, satellite ground monitoring, radar simulators, quantum computing, and advanced test & measurement applications. By bridging the gap between laboratory breakthroughs and real-world implementation, these advancements are playing a pivotal role in driving technological innovation and fostering societal progress.
